Regional Field Service Engineer - Automation

About the Role
the company is seeking an Automation Engineer (Combi Auto) to design automation software for both existing and new machine models. This position offers the opportunity to work within a global business environment that fosters growth and empowers employees to take ownership of their work.

Your Mission

• Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plants, ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, and safety specifications.
• Properly handle, check, and transfer equipment non-conformities.
• Prepare Job Progress Charts and technical reports related to activities performed.
• Ensure high levels of satisfaction for both internal and external customers.
• Conduct all activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, the company coordination plans, and customer-specific guidelines.
• Identify and report after-sales opportunities discovered on customer sites.
• Engage in technical activities, troubleshooting, and deliver reporting.
• Report to the Installation Site Manager regarding team site activities.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English is essential.
• Specialization in automation-mechanic or aseptic engineering is advantageous.
• Previous experience in the beverage industry is preferred.
