The Regional Intracompany Services Program Manager II will be a key part of the Tech Intercompany Managed Services (Tech ICAMS) team. This role is focused on enhancing governance and controls relating to Inter-Company Agreements (ICAs), which are essential for regulatory compliance concerning Tech services provided to regulated entities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional ICA Lead and global Tech ICAMS team in delivering services.
  • Review the ICA database to document contract commitments, tech services covered, identify gaps, and recognize patterns of issues across different ICAs.
  • Analyze existing MA Tech service provider data dashboards to ensure compliance with ICA requirements and identify information gaps.
  • Develop a centralized calendar for regulatory audits and reporting related to ICA compliance.
  • Identify regional regulator focus areas and common findings to prioritize Tech ICAMS activities.
  • Collaborate with peers across regions and ICAMS operational teams to demonstrate compliance with ICA standards, including third-party monitoring and incident reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, information systems management, information security management, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of regional regulatory standards and frameworks impacting Tech services, particularly service resiliency and security risk management.
  • Familiarity with Mastercard's TECH Organization and legal aspects is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong project management skills for timely task delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to design metrics and analyze data effectively.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships across organizational levels.
