Position

The Tech Intercompany Managed Services (Tech ICAMS) team is looking for a Regional ICA Program Manager to support regulatory compliance on Tech services provided via Inter-Company Agreements (ICAs) to regulated entities in the market. The essential responsibilities of the position include:

  • Supporting the Regional ICA Lead and global Tech ICAMS team in providing regional support in delivering holistic ICAMS team services.
  • Reviewing the ICA database to identify and catalog contract commitments, specific tech services covered, create a repository of gaps/remediation actions, and identify patterns of problems across different ICAs.
  • Collaborating with peers in other regions and the ICAMS operational teams to demonstrate compliance with ICA requirements, including third party monitoring, incident reporting, and SLA reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, information systems management, information security management, security policy, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of regional regulatory landscape, standards, and frameworks impacting Tech services, particularly around service resiliency and outsourcing regulations.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure on-time delivery, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills for global coordination.
  • Ability to design metrics and dashboards, coupled with strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Background in drafting and reviewing intercompany agreements is advantageous.
