The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the product strategy and roadmap focused on Clinical, Patient, and healthcare AI Agent capabilities, emphasizing technically complex features and integrations. You will directly engage with regional and international healthcare customers to understand their workflows, regulatory needs, and functional requirements for AI-driven decision-making and automation.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements, serving as a liaison for international go-to-market activities, advocating for customers by monitoring solution performance, and driving continuous improvement in AI accuracy and usability. Additionally, you will leverage your technical expertise to work with developers on AI model behavior and system performance, support customer engagement efforts including demos and early-adopter programs, and ensure the successful adoption and market readiness of our solutions.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline, with healthcare experience a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, particularly in launching and scaling cloud/SaaS products.
- 3+ years of experience delivering regulated or enterprise software products, preferably in healthcare.
- Demonstrated experience in expanding products in the GCC, Middle East, and/or India, including market analysis and partner development.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-enabled product capabilities and responsible AI considerations.
- Strong technical fluency, including knowledge of APIs/SDKs and cloud architectures.
- Understanding of regional data protection and compliance laws, including UAE PDPL and KSA PDPL.
