You will develop and optimise operational processes and technology solutions to support growth across local markets. Your key focus is to work with local teams to understand operational blockers to achieving KPI's and engage with central teams to improve overall operational performance.
What’s On Your Plate?
- Scope and deliver initiatives to track and improve vendor compliance quantified with comprehensive data analysis to measure success
- Create operational processes to improve in store operations across reliability, assortment & fulfillment ensuring vendors are compliant with adoption & implementation
- Lead operations & product initiatives responsible for roll out end to end (experiment, GTM and launch) and ensure the right processes and procedures are in place
- Work closely with local market teams to set operational targets and support teams to achieve through operational and product initiatives
- Build relationships across local markets and central functions and work closely with Regional Operations Manager to ensure local markets needs are prioritized
- Own, drive, and build required reporting infrastructure to support ongoing use, improvement, and optimization of core processes
- Proactively communicate and where needed, create communication cadence at local level to ensure visibility of performance, initiatives, and product changes
What Did We Order?
- 5 plus years operational experience in an e-commerce or food/tech business
- Experience in operational process and improvements
- Experience with project management
- Ability to build relationships, motivate peers, and manage upwards
