Responsibilities
- Develop existing distributor channels by creating plans to increase their sales volume and revenue.
- Generate new channels and open new accounts.
- Utilize technical expertise in Chillers/AHU/FCU to convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with channel partners on quotations, place orders in the system, and track the delivery of equipment.
- Foster long-term customer relationships while actively seeking and developing new business opportunities.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously demonstrating excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Maintain a self-motivated and determined approach to work.
Requirements
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in direct/indirect sales in the HVAC industry, with a focus on Chillers/AHU/FCU.
- Proven track record of delivering sales targets within the MEA region.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English, Arabic, and French.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
