- Achievement of revenue, profit, and growth targets with full Profit & Loss responsibility.
- Further development of the company market position in the MEA region.
- Lead and mentor team leaders to build strong leadership.
- Implementation of the company Group strategy within the market.
- Ensuring compliance, quality, and financial stability. Overall responsibility for Sales & Service from a business, organizational and leadership perspective.
- Communicate business objectives clearly across the team, and collaborate with other units to support overall organizational success.
- Development and implementation of the business strategy for the market in accordance with company and company guidelines.
- Building and further developing a performance-oriented leadership culture.
- Management of strategic customer relationships and representation of the company in the market.
- Ensuring efficient processes, clear accountability, and effective reporting.
- Initiation and management of change and optimization projects.
Your Profile
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years of International Management.
- Completed bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- 31% - 60% Travel required.
- Experience in sales and business development, financial management, market analysis, and strategic planning.
- Strong knowledge of business management and controlling.
- Experience in international corporate and matrix organizations.
- Experience in the injection molding industry is an advantage.
- Language Skills – Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Operational leadership, influencing and negotiating, collaboration, decision making, communication, resilience, and adaptability.
- Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen.
- Has a continuous improvement mindset.
