This role involves analyzing regulatory requirements, assessing vendors on their reporting solutions, reviewing technical and functional designs, validating the solution, and liaising with different teams for the successful implementation of regulatory reporting. Additionally, the Business Analyst will also act as a Murex business analyst.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document user requirements related to MiFID, EMIR, and SFTR regulations and translate them into functional specifications.
- Act as a key liaison with Global Markets teams (business and supporting functions), IT teams, and vendors.
- Lead vendor RFP from a technology perspective and assess vendor solutions.
- Participate in discussions with business stakeholders to understand their needs and transform them into regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Work on non-regulatory aspects related to Murex front office.
- Define systems and data requirements, validating the systems design and processes from both functional and technical aspects.
- Develop and refine business, functional, and testing requirements in support of projects and systems.
- Configure the solution as per requirements where applicable.
- Create test plans, test cases, and execute system testing.
- Contribute to user training activities and develop training guides and presentations.
- Follow up with vendor support to resolve bugs/issues.
- Ensure technical and functional handover of projects and changes to relevant teams.
- Assist in developing business and operational processes, and participate in creating system training artifacts as necessary.
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Regulatory Business Analyst with a strong understanding of financial regulations (MiFID, SFTR, EMIR, Dodd Frank).
- Murex knowledge to support front office developments.
- Expertise in multiple asset classes (at least 2 of the following): FXMM, Security financing, IR vanilla and exotic derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, FX Derivatives.
- Strong exposure to FO Modules of Murex such as E-Tradepad, Simulation, Livebook, RTPM, Pre-Trade Workflow, Market Data, and Risk Matrices.
- Experience in leading and delivering projects, and implementing Murex v3.1 for front office capabilities.
- Excellent knowledge of Capital Markets products and processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work experience in a Bank or IT company.
- Strong record of stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Postgraduate degree or qualification in Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration.
