Relationship Associate - Citi Commercial Bank (UAE Nationals Only)

About the Role: The Relationship Associate is a developing professional role that applies specialty area knowledge to monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data. Responsibilities include identifying policy gaps, formulating policies, interpreting data, and making recommendations based on research. The role involves recognizing inconsistencies in data, defining business issues, and proposing recommendations related to policies, procedures, or practices. The Relationship Associate will integrate established disciplinary knowledge within their specialty area while gaining a basic understanding of related industry practices. This position has a limited but direct impact on the business, primarily within their own team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day client servicing and handle client issues, including KYC and Onboarding, with timely resolutions.
• Validate client data and documentation in relevant systems.
• Coordinate and follow up across internal departments to address client needs effectively.
• Gather and provide feedback to clients regarding emerging product needs, competitive practices, and suggestions on process or product improvement.
• Analyze client data and prepare reports as required.
• Assess risks associated with business decisions to safeguard the firm's reputation, clients, and assets, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. This includes adherence to policy and applying sound ethical judgment concerning personal behavior and business practices, as well as managing and reporting control issues transparently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree.
