Key Responsibilities
- Support the regular and timely review of the assigned portfolio and recommend appropriate credit facilities in accordance with the company's credit policies and risk appetite, with the objective of supporting risk-adjusted returns and maintaining sound portfolio quality.
- Assist in developing and implementing relationship strategies and account plans for assigned clients, incorporating appropriate client penetration and cross-selling initiatives to achieve agreed financial and non-financial KPIs.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key client contacts and decision-makers, helping position the company as a trusted financial partner and preferred banking institution.
- Provide proactive relationship and account-management support to ensure the timely and effective delivery of the company's products and services, coordinating closely with relevant internal stakeholders to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a healthy business pipeline, with a focus on supporting new-to-company opportunities and expanding the company's presence within designated sectors and geographical markets.
- Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, including Central Bank regulations, the company's internal credit, operational and risk-management policies, and relevant UAE and international legal frameworks, as applicable.
- Support the company's engagement with the wider business and banking community and coordinate with external advisers, including legal counsel and professional service providers, on transaction execution, documentation, and related legal matters.
- Collaborate effectively with key internal stakeholders, including Treasury, Operations, Risk Management, Support Functions, and Retail Banking, to identify business opportunities, facilitate transaction execution, manage risks, and support the achievement of the company's strategic, financial, and non-financial objectives.
