Key Responsibilities
- Review the existing portfolio in a timely manner and recommend appropriate credit facilities in line with the company's credit policy to maximize earnings while containing risks to an acceptable level.
- Obtain, analyze audited financial statements, and recommend credit proposals for potential borrowers to meet financial objectives.
- Implement and maintain complete control aspects, including documentation, client visits/call reports, stock inspections, and credit checks/informal market feedback for effective portfolio monitoring.
- Participate in the annual credit review process for the assigned portfolio to ensure a satisfactory rating on asset portfolio quality and credit management.
- Facilitate the development of RO/SRO through on-the-job learning, preparing them for higher responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Complete knowledge of the company's credit policy and operating systems is essential.
- Strong credit knowledge and marketing skills are mandatory.
- Thorough awareness of various financial products and services is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- An MBA is preferred, alongside a minimum of 5-10 years of marketing experience.
Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of multiple product areas of the company, allowing for constructive engagement with client senior management to drive new business opportunities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the company's policies and operating systems.
- Strong credit and marketing skills, with an understanding of economic trends and regional/global financial markets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required.
Travel
Travel may be required for client meetings, portfolio inspections, or market analysis purposes.
