As a Relationship Manager, you will be essential in onboarding new clients and contributing to the growth of their accounts through a value-based relationship approach. You will collaborate with a culturally diverse team of professionals, all committed to delivering impactful results.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed personal and team KPI targets.
- Activate, retain, and grow your customer portfolio through personalized voice and social media support, fulfilling client needs.
- Develop professional and trusting relationships with your active portfolio of clients, keeping them informed of our developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service.
- Research sources for developing prospects and gathering information to determine customers' potential.
- Prepare and enable efficient sales activities using available tools, reports, action items, and business insights.
- Listen to customers, offering the best solutions to their needs and concerns.
- Cooperate with relevant departments to resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide feedback to relevant departments on customer needs, expectations, and frustrations.
- Continuously improve knowledge of the financial markets and the company's offerings.
- Update individual/team daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management as required.
- Adhere to all compliance and security requirements.
- Stay abreast of global economic indicators, central bank decisions, and geopolitical events that can affect forex markets.
- Translate complex financial and economic data into understandable investment advice.
- Perform any additional duties and responsibilities that may arise.
Qualifications
- Native Thai and fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
- Expertise in Forex Markets: Deep understanding of forex trading, currency pairs, and the factors that influence their dynamics.
- Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze financial markets and economic indicators with an understanding of macroeconomic trends.
- Client Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage wealthy clients and meet their expectations effectively.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations and licenses relevant to forex trading, depending on the region.
- Experience in sales for a CFD broker is required, and experience managing a sales team is considered an advantage.
- A university degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively network with stakeholders while handling multiple tasks and tracking progress.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to work autonomously in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Proactive, showing initiative and a desire to drive continuous improvement.
- An energetic team player with a positive outlook in the workplace.
