Relationship Manager ( UAE National ) - Business Banking Group

About the Role
This position is responsible for identifying, marketing, and booking new liability and transaction business accounts, ensuring robust portfolio growth. The role demands close collaboration with other units to maximize cross-selling opportunities while meeting financial targets. It includes ensuring that clients adhere to the company's compliance criteria and effectively cross-selling the entire range of Business Banking and other products to business customers. Additionally, it requires adherence to established processes and controls as per the company's guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, market, and book new liability/transaction business accounts.
• Ensure robust portfolio growth and meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with other units to maximize cross-sell opportunities.
• Cross-sell the full range of Business Banking and other products to business customers.
• Maintain adherence to the company's compliance criteria.
• Handle service requirements of all clients under the team to meet client expectations through coordination with respective service and back office teams.
• Resolve SAS and Correspondent Bank queries in a timely manner according to departmental turnaround time (TAT).
• Ensure effective coordination with peers and support staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• University Degree.
• UAE National.
• Over 5 years of experience in Branch Banking, Operations, Relationship Management, or Customer Service, preferably in a similar relationship management role.
• In-depth knowledge of target market requirements to assist and guide the team in acquiring and maintaining quality and profitable relationships.
