About The Role: As a Release Manager and PMO, you will play a high-impact role in delivering seamless, business-critical digital releases. You will partner with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Testing, and Operations teams to ensure releases are well-executed and aligned with business priorities. Responsibilities include:

• Leading enterprise-wide release governance and PMO assurance to ensure all releases are predictable, coordinated, and business-ready.
• Driving cross-functional delivery discipline and holding teams accountable for timelines, quality, and outcomes.
• Chairing release governance forums to enable clear, data-driven decisions and minimize release risk.
• Orchestrating end-to-end release readiness across web, mobile, and backend platforms to ensure timely, high-quality deployments.
• Embedding best practices across Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models to enhance governance effectiveness.

You will significantly influence how releases are delivered at scale, improving reliability and ensuring each release is executed flawlessly.

About You:

• Degree qualified with a minimum of 8 years of experience in PMO, release management, or program delivery roles.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-system digital releases utilizing Database Structured Query Language (SQL), Microsoft SQL Servers, and Oracle DBMS.
• Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and enterprise delivery governance.
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
