As we expand our operations globally, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Talent Sourcing Consultant to support our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will focus on sourcing exceptional talent in both tech and non-tech domains, aligning with Presight's diverse hiring goals and global expansion strategies.

Location
Mostly remote, preferably based in Astana with opportunities to visit our offices in Astana.

Work Conditions

  • Contract Duration: Initial 1-year term with potential for extension.
  • Work Schedule: Aligned with Abu Dhabi working hours and days.
  • Hybrid role: 80% remote and 20% onsite in Astana office.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source top talent across tech and non-tech roles using innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Identify and attract candidates from regions including Europe, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia, supporting our international expansion efforts.
  • Drive initiatives aligned with Presight’s commitment to diversity and the Emiratization program.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to define role requirements and create talent pipelines.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database and provide regular reports on sourcing metrics and progress.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and assist with candidate management through the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in tech and non-tech recruitment, focusing on regions including Europe, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Kazakh or Russian is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in using modern ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
