Location
Mostly remote, preferably based in Astana with opportunities to visit our offices in Astana.
Work Conditions
- Contract Duration: Initial 1-year term with potential for extension.
- Work Schedule: Aligned with Abu Dhabi working hours and days.
- Hybrid role: 80% remote and 20% onsite in Astana office.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source top talent across tech and non-tech roles using innovative sourcing strategies.
- Identify and attract candidates from regions including Europe, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia, supporting our international expansion efforts.
- Drive initiatives aligned with Presight’s commitment to diversity and the Emiratization program.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to define role requirements and create talent pipelines.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and provide regular reports on sourcing metrics and progress.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and assist with candidate management through the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tech and non-tech recruitment, focusing on regions including Europe, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Kazakh or Russian is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using modern ATS and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
