Job Description:
- Collate reporting data from various systems and sources, presenting it clearly and accessibly.
- Own and update report templates, managing document configuration in line with reporting framework changes.
- Enhance reporting within the Project Controls Function and wider Program, identifying process and systems improvement opportunities.
- Produce regular management reports to support the Program Director, Deputy, and Program Controls Manager.
- Conduct quality reviews of status reports and collaborate with project reporting resources to improve quality.
- Support the development of the Monthly Dashboard Report and data population by project teams.
- Ensure alignment of the Baseline Scope Book with project, budget, and schedule requirements.
- Coordinate and produce program-level reporting.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to develop accurate procurement status reports.
- Assist in the production of Earned Value performance data sets for program-level roll-up.
- Provide additional support to the Program Controls Manager as required.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10 years of experience.
- Proficient user of IT systems, including Power BI, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Access.
- Ability to extract and collate data from various sources and systems.
- Experience with project management reporting applications.
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
