Reporting Engineer

Parsons is seeking a talented Reporting Engineer to support the reporting for SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIP). This role is responsible for ensuring all work is coordinated with Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) and its delivery partners, Jacobs and Mace. The position reports directly to the Senior Controls & Reporting Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of QIP reports as directed.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for reporting aspects of the program.
• Compile and analyze data from cost and scheduling, converting it into PowerBI formats and PowerPoint presentations.
• Facilitate partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Manage reporting duties among team members, including subcontractors.
• Ensure best reporting practices in collaboration with QIC and delivery partners.
• Report challenges to the Senior Reporting Manager and assist in developing solutions.
• Assign and track work assignments.
• Prepare necessary reports and ensure compliance with corporate standards and procedures.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field (or equivalent).
• Preferably 7 years of related experience in risk management.
• Experience in construction projects and expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and manage complex reporting environments.
• High understanding of risk management in complex environments, especially within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Experience in a matrix organization and the ability to influence senior management.
