The company is looking for an amazingly talented Reporting Lead to join our team! The Reporting Lead will be responsible for leading the project reporting, performance monitoring, data consolidation, KPI management, dashboards, and management information functions across the project. The role will establish a robust reporting framework to provide accurate, timely, and meaningful information to Project Management, senior leadership, the Client, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Project Reporting function and reporting team.
- Establish and maintain the Project Reporting Strategy, procedures, templates, and reporting calendar.
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting requirements across various project functions.
- Analyze project performance trends and identify deviations, risks, and emerging issues.
- Coordinate closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including Planning, Cost Control, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and more.
- Develop executive-level reports and presentations for Client and upper management.
- Establish data validation and quality-control procedures.
- Lead reporting improvement and digitalization initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in project reporting, management information, or related fields.
- Strong experience in preparing executive-level reports and performance dashboards.
- Proven experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of project controls, construction progress, cost, and schedule management.
- Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools.
