Reporting Lead

Responsibilities:

• Manage PMO and Project Controls performance on assigned commissions under senior mentorship.
• Implement PMO and Project Controls frameworks and strategies effectively across projects.
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to monthly reporting, performance reviews, and delivery of key insights.
• Recommend and develop methodologies, including Earned Value Management.
• Integrate PMO disciplines, ensuring alignment of risk management and planning.
• Drive consistency with the company Control Centre standards, client requirements, and legislation.
• Provide technical expertise while supporting the company's net zero carbon transition goals.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of major programme leadership with proven team development.
• Advanced technical mastery, shaping standards, processes, and performance.
• Strong stakeholder influence with clear, confident communication.
• Analytical, detail-focused, adaptable, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
