Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the creation of dynamic Power BI dashboards for live construction environments, integrating data from Primavera P6, Oracle, SAP, and contractor feeds for a unified view of project performance.
- Automate data pipelines and report refreshes for accurate, real-time reporting, enhancing decision-making efficiency.
- Deliver high-impact reports and dashboards to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Establish robust Earned Value Management (EVM) systems to monitor Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Cost Performance Index (CPI), and forecasting in compliance with international standards.
- Unify cost, schedule, risk, and change data into comprehensive dashboards, collaborating with planning, commercial, and delivery teams for consistency and transparency.
- Lead the design and continuous enhancement of interactive dashboards with drill-down, filtering, and analytics features based on evolving project needs and stakeholder feedback.
- Enforce automated data validation checks, reconcile multi-source data, and resolve anomalies to maintain reporting integrity.
- Facilitate collaborative review sessions with contractors to ensure transparency and alignment on project performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-value projects for a project management consultancy business.
- Professional qualification (or equivalent).
