As a Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for the development, coordination, and maintenance of dashboards and other reporting tools across the project's Master Planning, Engineering, and Construction phases. This role includes supervising cost estimating, analysis, and control activities, and integrating scheduling needs. You will identify project constraints, analyze cost trends for management attention, and review invoices for correct revenue collection.
Major Responsibilities:
- Support leadership in Project Controls activities.
- Maintain project databases and prepare required reports.
- Supervise Project Controls tasks, ensuring alignment with project schedule requirements.
- Monitor and report on the project’s critical path and overall schedule performance.
- Coordinate cost recording, monitoring, and reporting practices.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience, or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Earned Value principles and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, MS Excel).
- Proficiency with discipline-specific software (e.g., EcoSys, Primavera).
- Knowledge of financial reporting systems and project controls.
