Reporting Specialist

As a Reporting Specialist, you will play a key role in leading the internal and external reporting function of a unique programme. What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing collation and analysis of all data relating to KPIs and reports
• Supporting the production of periodic Reports for Supervision Consultants and Lead Design Consultants
• Reviewing Engineer’s validations of Contractor progress prior to issuing validation to PMC/Client
• Obtaining other progress information as necessary from other managers and staff
• Ensuring all reporting meets project requirements
• Creating dashboards to present information internally and externally
• Assisting in the production of progress claims
• Assisting the Client in preparation of supporting data related to Contractor claims

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls
• Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with PowerBI or a similar data visualization tool
• Prior experience in staff management
