Bechtel Corporation is seeking a Reporting Specialist to provide non-routine cost engineering, planning, and scheduling support for a major infrastructure project in Riyadh. This role involves establishing stakeholder relationships, conducting schedule analysis, identifying constraints, quantifying risks, and monitoring cost and performance. You will also conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure seamless execution of project components.
Major Responsibilities:
- Perform cost estimating, analysis, and control activities, as well as schedule development, maintenance, reporting, and monitoring activities.
- Collect and verify scope definition documentation for assigned disciplines.
- Conduct routine quantity takeoffs from engineering and construction drawings.
- Prepare and present cost/schedule information at meetings.
- Assist in preparing cost/schedule data for proposals or contracts.
- Manage and oversee the use of Active Risk Manager (ARM) or equivalent software tool.
- Collaborate with Risk Owners to maintain project record keeping and data archival requirements.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency with PC operating systems and basic software applications.
- Understanding of financial reporting systems and project controls.
- Intermediate knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup processes.
- Prior Middle-East work experience is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional language skills may be advantageous).
