Reporting Specialist

About the Job:
Our client, a Software and Technology Implementation company, is seeking a Reporting Specialist. The Reporting Specialist will work with various tools, including C#, C, Java, VB.Net, ASP.Net, Web API 2, ASP.Net MVC, WCF, XML, XSLT, XPath, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap CSS, HTML, Microsoft Entity Framework, Microsoft Reports, SAP Crystal Reports, and MS SQL Server 2000 – 2019.

Responsibilities:

• Create custom reports and dashboards based on customer needs
• Administrate, develop, maintain, upgrade, and customize the customer Reporting Portal
• Configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade MS IIS
• Analyze data and create statistics and analytics reports for customers
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring secure access and proper authorization
• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for data protection
• Regularly test and validate backup and recovery procedures
• Maintain documentation related to system configuration and processes

Professional Background:

• 5 to 8 years of experience or more in reporting and reporting tools
• 7 or more years of experience in creating reports and dashboards for ITSM Suites
• Experience with Crystal Reports, Remedy Reporting, Yellowfin Reporting, and Microsoft Power BI
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology or Engineering Technology is a must

Location: Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia

Work Conditions:

• Contract duration: 12 months
• 100% on-site work required
