Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of PMO and Project Controls services across assigned projects within the Planning Centre of Excellence.
- Contribute to the implementation of PMO and Project Controls frameworks and methodologies, including Earned Value Management (EVM), ensuring alignment with client requirements and governance standards.
- Build effective working relationships with client representatives and support the integration of core disciplines, including planning and risk management.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting packs, facilitate performance reviews, and provide insights on project performance.
- Collaborate towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, actively identifying and managing associated carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or equivalent.
- Progressing toward chartership with a recognized professional body and ongoing professional development.
- Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership experience on complex projects.
- Strong leadership in health, safety, and wellbeing, delivering measurable outcomes and best practices.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation within complex organizational environments.
- Effective communicator with analytical capabilities to engage, influence, and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy, required for immigration and client approval.
