Responsibilities Include:
- Develop an understanding of customer needs and market dynamics to support strategic initiatives.
- Lead a team of Customer Account Managers to ensure partnerships with existing customers and foster new relationships.
- Identify key markets and opportunities for international business development.
- Support the company Customer Campaigns and provide updates on market insights and development status.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders to drive pipeline growth and coordinated approaches to opportunity development.
- Maintain and grow strategic relationships with customers and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering) with 14 years of experience in progressive leadership roles related to Business Development in Defense Sales, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience.
- Current knowledge of the regional defense industrial base and cultural customs.
- Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for program management.
- Strong collaborative skills for effective internal and external engagement.
- Comprehensive understanding of international business practices, including compliance regulations.
- Fluent command of the Arabic language.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Broad understanding of the company's product offerings.
- Direct experience with UAE customers and regional industry executives.
- Experience in strategic planning and program management.
