Position

Bechtel Corporation is seeking a Requirements & Configuration Engineer to support a major infrastructure project in Riyadh. This role involves reviewing design deliverables for compliance with facility/system functions and behavior, and providing oversight on system-level design verification and test requirements. You will participate in defining facility/system functions, prepare required documents, facilitate technical discussions, and coordinate system-level design verification. This position also requires interaction with project functions, customers, regulatory agencies, and collaboration with other engineering disciplines.

Major Responsibilities:

Analyze data for compliance and reporting.
Participate in defining facility/system functions and design requirements.
Facilitate system-level design verification and requirements flow down.
Provide technical assistance to project stakeholders.
Evaluate and recommend standard Systems Engineering methods and procedures.
Use project’s Systems Engineering tool for tracking and reporting.

Education and Experience Requirements:

A bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience, or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Ability to assess problems and develop practical solutions.
Experience coordinating with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
Proven problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a diverse multicultural environment.
