Requirements & Configuration Engineer

Bechtel Corporation is seeking a Requirements & Configuration Engineer to support a major infrastructure project in Riyadh. This role involves reviewing design deliverables for compliance with facility/system functions and behavior, and providing oversight on system-level design verification and test requirements. You will participate in defining facility/system functions, prepare required documents, facilitate technical discussions, and coordinate system-level design verification. This position also requires interaction with project functions, customers, regulatory agencies, and collaboration with other engineering disciplines.

Major Responsibilities:

• Analyze data for compliance and reporting.
• Participate in defining facility/system functions and design requirements.
• Facilitate system-level design verification and requirements flow down.
• Provide technical assistance to project stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend standard Systems Engineering methods and procedures.
• Use project’s Systems Engineering tool for tracking and reporting.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience, or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to assess problems and develop practical solutions.
• Experience coordinating with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a diverse multicultural environment.
