Requirements Manager

About the Job:
The Requirements Lead Consultant - Airports will lead the requirements elicitation, analysis, and specification for various airport domains. This role involves close collaboration with business, operational, and technical stakeholders to produce high-quality, traceable requirements that will drive design, build, and test processes. The position requires strong analytical expertise and insight into airport operations, while also providing guidance to junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicitation & Analysis:

  • Lead workshops and engage stakeholders to gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Analyze, structure, and specify requirements with clarity and testability.
  • Model processes, data, and use cases to enhance understanding and design.

• Traceability & Quality:

  • Maintain requirements traceability from design to test using a requirements toolset.
  • Support change control and impact assessment for assigned domains.
  • Ensure requirements quality and assist in defining acceptance criteria.

• Guidance & Delivery:

  • Guide and review the work of business and requirements analysts.
  • Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to address requirements-related queries.

Skills & Experience:

• Essential:

  • Significant experience in requirements elicitation and analysis within complex programs.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in process/data modeling and requirements traceability.
  • Experience with requirements tools (such as DOORS, Jama, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Desirable:

  • Familiarity with airport or aviation systems and operations.
  • Analysis certification (BCS/IIBA) and/or agile experience.
  • Experience in regulated or critical-infrastructure environments.
  • Exposure to MSI delivery models.

Qualifications:

• A degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• Business analysis/requirements certification (BCS, IIBA) is desirable.
