- Support requests from project and business development teams.

Qualifications:
- Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with demonstrable experience in a professional services organization or research role.
- Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with secondary research and research databases; proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of other technology tools is an advantage.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is expected, and familiarity with additional languages may be beneficial.
