Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time, Position offers hands-on training in an active research environment for up to 3 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evolutionary and population genomic analyses to identify candidate genes involved in adaptation to desert environments.
- Perform molecular biology procedures such as DNA extraction, electrophoresis, PCR, and preparation of genomic samples.
- Contribute to data processing, computational workflows, and comparative genomic analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to advance project goals.
Supervision: This position is supervised by Prof. Stéphane Boissinot, Professor of Biology.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology.
