About the Role
We are seeking a professional to develop strong relationships within the project community, including crypto founders and top venture capitalists. The ideal candidate will proactively source and identify new blockchain and cryptocurrency projects for listing on the company’s platform and features, ensuring a robust and continuous pipeline of promising projects. You will play a vital role in the due diligence process, evaluating new opportunities from various perspectives, including team strength, competitive analysis, and tokenomics. Furthermore, you will drive internal approval processes and present listing rationale to senior leaders across the organization. Collaboration with different teams will be essential to ensure coordinated efforts in deal sourcing and terms negotiation. Additionally, attending relevant global events to represent the company will be a part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with the project community, crypto founders, and top VCs.
- Proactively source and identify new blockchain and cryptocurrency projects for listing on the company’s platform and features.
- Ensure a strong and continuous pipeline of solid projects for listing.
- Provide input on the due diligence process, helping the team evaluate new opportunities via team strength, competitive analysis, and tokenomics, among others.
- Drive internal approval processes and present listing rationale to senior leaders of the organization.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure coordinated efforts for deal sourcing and terms negotiation.
- Attend relevant global events and represent the company.
Requirements
- In-depth understanding & relevant experience in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, including strong grasp of trends, themes, tokenomics, etc.
- Demonstrable passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain.
- 8-10 years of relevant asset listing experience in crypto business/venture capital/exchanges.
- Strong written and analytical skills for deal analysis and internal reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills for regular interactions with entrepreneurs and other members of the startup community.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain self-guidance on a day-to-day basis.
