Research & Development Engineer Intern

The company Engineering & Technology Innovation – META (Middle East, Turkiye, Africa) is looking for an intern student to work on projects related to researching and developing model-based methods and software tools.

Position Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

• Participate in agile activities including daily scrums and planning.
• Adhere to team development standards for software processes, tools, and metrics.
• Work in an international team environment with an on-site working scheme.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to confirm that the end product reflects the desired functionality.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Experience with scientific programming.
• Proficient in Python, Matlab, or C++.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Knowledge/experience in the Aviation Industry is desirable.
• Exposure to Systems Engineering and/or Data Analytics is favorable.
• Hands-on AI/ML practitioner (data-driven models, computer vision, 3D sensing).
• Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
