Responsibilities:
- Perform engineering studies and development research to identify solutions for electrical and electronic problems in Air Defense Forces systems.
- Develop and modify software for test consoles and electronic systems.
- Evaluate subsystems for potential modification or development within the Air Defense Forces' systems.
- Prepare engineering drawings and specifications for components for local manufacturing or procurement.
- Provide recommendations and technical advice regarding electronic, electrical, and communication systems to repair workshops or units.
- Prepare technical bulletins to enhance performance and correct errors.
- Support workshops with the necessary technical consultations and evaluate innovations proposed by Air Defense Forces units.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from an accredited university, preferably accredited by the Saudi Council of Engineers.
- Completion of courses in Electronics, Electrical, and Communications.
- Minimum of five (5) years of prior experience in engineering research and studies, preferably in the Electrical or Electronic field.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with electrical circuit design programs and electronic design software (e.g., LabVIEW or CAD).
- Experience in writing technical reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
