As the Research Director for the Advisors Research Center (ARC), you will play a pivotal role in connecting research endeavors with commercial success. This role involves developing and executing strategies tailored to the EEMEA region's specific needs while driving growth and fostering strategic partnerships.
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in ARC’s front-door activities for all tracks and business lines within the region.
- Manage scoping and pricing of research opportunities in partnership with the region’s Business Development Leads and Pre-Engagement Managers.
- Represent ARC in the 3rd Party spend committee to review all research expenditures.
- Coordinate pipeline opportunities and provide feedback to product teams for bundling research across product lines.
- Conduct communications and roadshows to increase awareness of ARC capabilities in the region.
Qualifications:
- Over 15 years of extensive experience in the research domain, particularly within leading market research firms with a focus on quantitative projects.
- Proven ability to manage market research opportunities in the EEMEA region.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in coordinating cross-functional activities and monitoring project timelines.
- Ability to serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
- Familiarity with survey design and data collection processes, alongside maintaining a centralized data repository.
Education & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Market Research, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data visualization tools.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Language Requirement: Fluency in Arabic is mandatory for this role.
