What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage the scope of engineering work, schedules, change management, and closeout for the assigned project elements, and monitor progress to meet schedule and budget requirements. Identify and document changes in scope.
  • Coordinate with Authorities and Agencies for approvals and the handing over of Project/services.
  • Interface with Contractor and subcontracts to facilitate compliance with the Contract and deliverables.
  • Review work produced to ensure that applicable codes, standards, and procedures are followed and that quality is acceptable.
  • Review and approve change orders, notifying project management and other affected personnel of all changes.
  • Manage the Client's expectations and update the progress periodically.
  • Liaise with Authorities to ensure smooth execution and handing over of the Project.
  • Ensure that the company's rights and obligations are fulfilled.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 15 years post-graduate experience in supervision and construction management of major roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects, preferably within the GCC region.
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in applicable standards and codes.
  • Good computer skills and software proficiency in the related field.
  • Knowledge in construction health, safety, and environment.
