Work Conditions: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support & Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective complaint handling, regular care visits, and proactive communication regarding system performance and service needs.
  • Service Delivery: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, on-demand corrective actions, 24/7 emergency support, and paid services within the assigned area, including repairs and part replacements.
  • Training & Sales Support: Train customers on system operations and light maintenance, promote parts orders, recommend inventory levels, and assist with consumables and defective part returns.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Report product quality issues, maintain accurate service documentation, adhere to safety policies, and responsibly manage company and customer property.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Electronic Engineering, with 3–5 years of field service experience on electro-mechanical products or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams; capable with PC hardware/software and Windows applications; basic IT/networking knowledge is a plus.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic proficiency is a bonus.
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and transportation; hospital or robotics experience is desirable but not essential.
