As a Resource Management Product Specialist, you will ensure the strategic alignment of product capabilities with business needs through management of the product roadmap. You will support the development, testing, and optimization of the company systems by applying domain expertise, translating operational needs into technical requirements, configuring systems, and ensuring solutions are robust, compliant, and strategically aligned with the company’s long-term objectives. This role is based full-time in our office in Dubai.

In This Role You Will:

  • Define business scope, secure sign-off, manage capacity, refine backlog, and coordinate stream-level testing including UAT case approval.
  • Collaborate on technical requirements and lead feature sign-off to ensure alignment with product goals.
  • Monitor system metrics, usage patterns, and infrastructure tasks (health checks, patching, configuration updates) to generate performance reports, identify anomalies, and recommend improvements that enhance reliability, compliance, and user experience.
  • Support system enhancements through testing, documentation, and vendor coordination. Ensure compliant feature delivery and track stream progress including scope changes, risks, testing status, training readiness, and go-live planning.
  • Lead change management and training initiatives for delivered features, contribute to risk assessments and contingency planning to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruptions.
  • Provide expert guidance to Business Solutions Product Officers and Supervisors, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive team excellence.
  • Support Program Manager in compiling program-level reports and governance materials.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Honours in a relevant field, including Commerce, Business, or IT.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in airport operations or ground handling, ideally with a major airline or aviation provider.
  • Strong understanding of airline processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with good planning and organizing skills.
  • Knowledge of airport safety and security.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with a passion for service excellence, results, and change management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in aviation, airport, or ground handling with compliance knowledge.
  • Experience in designing and enhancing scalable Resource Management processes, Target Operating Models (TOMs), and process blueprints.
  • Innovation experience through AI/ML, automation, and cloud-ready solutions.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
