Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis to address critical business issues and generate insights about client and industry business performance improvement.
- Support the delivery of key workstreams related to platform design, operating models design, business/digital strategy development, and business cases for government agencies.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements.
- Facilitate change management processes by identifying potential resistance to strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate resistance and ensure successful adoption of changes.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to drive performance.
- Develop and deliver training programs aimed at building strategic capabilities within the organization.
- Ensure the successful adoption of new strategic processes and methodologies through effective training initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience or minimum of 5 years in one or more of the following: Chemicals & Natural Resources, Energy, and Utilities.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to understand complex issues, and excel in conceptual problem solving.
- Digitally savvy; passionate about technology and its impact on business and society.
- Driven with proven ability to adapt and overcome obstacles to achieve results.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
