You Are
We are looking for a Responsible AI Monitoring & Compliance professional with experience in ensuring that AI systems are developed and maintained in a risk-mitigated manner. Ideal candidates will have experience in AI model fairness, transparency, explainability, robustness, and privacy, preferably from a client-facing environment. Your expertise will include monitoring AI systems, applying regulatory requirements, and offering strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
The Work
In this role, you will help deliver outstanding results for our Responsible AI clients, engaging in tasks such as:
- Leading the architecture and design of ethical AI systems while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
- Supporting client sales conversations and proposal preparations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design integrations with existing data and AI platforms.
- Guiding best practices for AI model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring, including internal Responsible AI tools.
- Conducting regular audits of AI systems to identify and mitigate biases.
- Spearheading technology thought leadership in Responsible AI and remaining informed about emerging technologies.
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to AI development teams, as well as delivering Responsible AI technical training.
- Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding AI projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or related fields.
- 6-8 years of managerial experience or 8-10 years for a Senior Manager role.
- Architectural experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI services.
- Proficiency in AI and machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and database management systems.
- Knowledge of ethical AI principles, data privacy laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record in leading and delivering complex AI projects in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Additional courses or training in responsible AI, ethics in technology, or related fields.
- Experience with Data & AI in specific domains (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail).
- Familiarity with AI model explainability tools and understanding of MLOps or DevOps practices.
