About the Role
We are currently seeking a Retail Banking Support Product Officer to join our operations in the UAE. This role is essential for managing various support functions within our retail banking division, ensuring that products and services are effectively coordinated and aligned with organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of retail banking products and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
• Handle data management and reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate documentation and activities related to retail banking operations.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and follow-up.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet stringent deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct analytical reviews and problem-solving to enhance product effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with experience in data management, reporting, and coordination activities.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to coordinate effectively across different departments.
• High level of integrity, capable of handling confidential banking information.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
