This position is focused on owning the business-IT alignment for Retail Banking initiatives. The role involves building comprehensive business cases from both the business and IT delivery perspectives. You will collaborate with Retail product, channel, and customer journey owners to shape initiatives, while also working with IT Delivery to ensure feasibility. Tracking these initiatives through to delivery is an essential part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Retail business unit heads to identify, shape, and prioritize initiatives.
- Build end-to-end business cases, including rationale, expected benefits, cost estimates, and delivery feasibility.
- Translate Retail business requirements into scopes that IT Delivery can plan and estimate, and conversely, translate delivery constraints back into business trade-offs.
- Own the initiative lifecycle from intake through business case approval, tracking progress against plan and creating detailed plans.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams on solution options and feasibility.
- Prepare initiative documentation and status updates for Management.
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Ensure that Retail initiatives remain aligned with the bank's strategic program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Strong understanding of retail banking products, channels, and customer journeys.
- Proven experience in building business cases that bridge business value and IT delivery.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business executives and technical teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in project framework creation and project tracking tools and methods.
- Familiarity with SAMA regulatory requirements relevant to retail banking is required.
Years of Experience:
5-8 years in project management, business analysis, or business relationship management within retail banking.
