Role Profile

  • Develop and manage the annual commercial marketing calendar, aligning initiatives with retail shopping moments, advertiser demand cycles, and commercial priorities.
  • Design and execute scalable programs and advertiser engagement initiatives, including proprietary events, partner activations, and industry programs that drive advertiser adoption and revenue growth.
  • Partner with commercial & operations, product, and sales teams to ensure initiatives are aligned with monetization opportunities and commercial objectives.
  • Define and communicate the company's value proposition to advertisers, agencies, and partners.
  • Shape the external narrative through thought leadership, partner marketing programs, and industry storytelling to establish credibility and differentiation in the market.
  • Lead the development of advertiser engagement formats, including the Annual event, partner summits, category showcases, innovation days, and thought leadership events.
  • Own the development of sales and marketing materials, including sales decks, product narratives, case studies, media kits, and industry presentations.
  • Translate product capabilities, data assets, and measurement solutions into clear and compelling advertiser value propositions.
  • Ensure consistent positioning across onsite, offsite, and in-store media solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication, or any other related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in media, marketing, or retail media, ideally within FMCG, e-commerce, or digital advertising environments.
  • Strong strategic omnichannel marketing and brand positioning expertise.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement programs.
  • Proficient in media performance and marketing analytics tools.
