Responsibilities
As a key member of our sales team, your principal accountabilities will include:
- Selling snack products to meet specified volume and value targets.
- Following the steps of the call process to build strong customer relationships through timely and excellent service.
- Executing a journey plan to service all customers effectively while merchandising products and utilizing the FIFO method to minimize expiry and damages.
- Retaining existing customers and identifying new outlets to grow the customer base.
- Adhering to daily procedures and administration steps to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Providing feedback on territory customers, competitive activities, and product performance to aid in marketing plan development.
- Following up on invoices and statements to ensure timely customer payments.
- Taking responsibility for company assets (vehicle, HHT, printer, racks, etc.) to prevent damages.
- Developing outlets by strategically placing racks in prime locations and selling the full range of products through effective implementation of the planogram.
- Operating efficiently and promoting a collaborative team environment.
- Respecting peers and fostering a 'succeed together' attitude.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical skills.
