About the Role
A well-established regulated Forex broker with a growing international client base is expanding its Dubai operation and is looking for an experienced Retention Manager to lead the retention desk and grow the value of the existing client portfolio. You will lead a team of account managers and be responsible for re-deposits, client activity, and lifetime value, while ensuring all client communication meets regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of retention/account managers to hit monthly re-deposit and net deposit targets
- Own the retention strategy: client segmentation, VIP handling, reactivation of dormant clients, and reduction of churn
- Manage a personal portfolio of high-value clients
- Track and report on desk KPIs (net deposits, re-deposit rate, client activity, LTV, withdrawals) and present results to senior management
- Work with Conversion, Marketing, Compliance, and Dealing to run promotions, campaigns, and smooth client handover
- Ensure all client interactions are fully compliant with regulatory and KYC/AML requirements
- Recruit, onboard, and train new account managers
- Monitor call quality and use CRM data to improve team performance
Requirements
- 3+ years in a Retention/Account Management role in forex or CFDs, including at least 1–2 years managing a team
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding net deposit/re-deposit targets
- Experience in a regulated brokerage environment (e.g. CySEC, FCA, ASIC, DFSA, SCA, FSA)
- Strong knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/MT5, cTrader) and financial markets
- Hands-on experience with forex CRMs (e.g. Salesforce, Panda, Antelope, Skale or similar)
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Fluent English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Spanish, German, Italian or other European languages) a strong advantage
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
