The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is designed for recent graduates eager to make a meaningful impact in the finance sector. The programme begins with a bootcamp focused on developing your skills through workshops, lectures, and practical exercises. Following this, you will engage in on-the-job training that involves solving complex problems and taking ownership of your tasks.
As a Data Analyst, you'll work closely with Product teams and will not be confined to the background. You will tackle complex databases, identify root causes of issues, and design and implement solutions through coding. This role is all about learning, problem-solving, and delivering value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a specialist bootcamp, gaining insights across multiple department projects.
- Build analytical tools and machine learning models for product launches.
- Enhance existing data infrastructure for accessibility and usability.
- Collaborate with Operations, Growth, and Product teams to refine features and discover insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business needs.
- Manage project tasks, track progress, and communicate key outcomes.
- Attend performance reviews to receive feedback for personal development.
Requirements:
- 2:1 predicted or achieved grade (or above).
- Graduation expected in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- Relevant university studies in fields such as computer science, maths, or physics.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Strong background in mathematics and statistics.
- Demonstrated experience in coding through side projects or open-source contributions.
- Proactive attitude and a passion for problem-solving.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, dynamic team environment.
- Full-time availability starting September 2026.
Work Conditions:
- The programme is open to international candidates willing to relocate to one of our tech hubs in the UK, UAE, Poland, Portugal, or Spain.
