We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide desk-side support to Lenovo employees in our Riyadh office. This role is critical in ensuring seamless IT operations for executives and high-priority users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site technical support for desktop technologies, including MS Windows and MS Office Suite.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, setting up new devices and user accounts.
  • Efficiently manage Helpdesk requests and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Support large-scale events and ensure smooth IT setup.
  • Collaborate with Lenovo executives and their assistants to address IT needs and manage expectations.
  • Provide high-quality IT support with a strong customer service mindset.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in desktop support and IT helpdesk operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility to support executive requirements outside regular business hours.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: Full-time, includes after-hours support as required.
