Job Scope
- Perform daily checks, start-up, and closing procedures for all rides and attractions.
- Conduct Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on rides and attractions.
- Ensure rides and attractions are operationally ready ahead of park hours.
- Maintain safety for all colleagues and guests during operations.
- Address and resolve any downtime issues for rides and attractions.
- Minimize downtime by adhering to manufacturers’ requirements during Preventive Maintenance activities.
- Report issues affecting the safe operation of rides and attractions to Team Leaders.
- Complete and submit all Preventive Maintenance Checklists on schedule.
- Ensure Corrective Maintenance is executed effectively to prevent recurrence of issues.
- Participate in briefing, training, and development programs for personal growth.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills Requirements
Essential:
- Electrical or Mechanical Diploma.
- 3+ years of experience in the maintenance field.
- Expertise in at least one of the following fields:
▪ Electrical
▪ Mechanical
- Good English speaking and writing abilities.
- Physically fit and capable of performing in a demanding environment.
- Competence in reading and understanding operations and maintenance manuals for rides and attractions.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in electrical or mechanical aspects.
- Ability to work in various temperature conditions and environments, including potential hazards such as noise, chemicals, and dust.
- Experience with reading technical drawings, schematic diagrams, hydraulic drawings, and diagrams.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to rides and attractions.
Desirable:
- Degree in electrical, mechanical, or electro-mechanical course.
- Technical education/training from a vocational institution in a relevant field.
- 4+ years of ride-related experience within a Theme Park or Amusement Industry maintaining rides and attractions.
