Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate risk workshops and reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct complex statistical, quantitative, and qualitative analyses on individual risks.
- Monitor emerging risks, analyze trends, and work with risk owners to recommend mitigation strategies.
- Analyze and report on the likelihood of success for project costs and schedules by linking risks and uncertainties.
- Lead the project team in risk identification, assessment, analysis, mitigation, and monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure knowledge sharing of risks and opportunities across programs and assist in developing training materials for various management levels.
- Develop project and work schedules, ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and maintain up-to-date records for enterprise risk applications.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a Western university.
- Preferred certifications in leadership, management, program/project management, and performance management.
- 15 years of experience in a project-oriented environment focusing on Risk Management.
- PMI-RMP certification is highly desired.
- Proficient in risk planning and assessment, including facilitation of workshops and using relevant software tools like Oracle/Primavera Risk Assessment.
- Strong understanding of industry practices and regulations is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
