Key Responsibilities:

  1. Risk Management

    • Execute and analyze organizational risk management activities.
    • Identify potential risks, evaluate impact, and monitor mitigation plans.
    • Follow up with departments to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
  2. Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

    • Support the development, maintenance, and updating of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
    • Conduct business impact assessments (BIA) and contribute to continuity strategies.
  3. Reporting & Documentation

    • Prepare risk reports, analyses, dashboards, and submit them to the manager on scheduled timelines.
    • Maintain detailed documentation of risk assessments, audits, and continuity activities.
  4. Testing & Training

    • Coordinate and execute business continuity drills, simulation exercises, and testing of disaster recovery procedures.
    • Facilitate training sessions to raise awareness across departments regarding BCP/DRP processes.
  5. Compliance & Audit Support

    • Ensure all risk and continuity activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Support internal and external audits related to risk and continuity frameworks.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with IT, Security, Operations, HR, and other departments to strengthen operational resilience.
    • Provide guidance and support during incidents or disruptions to ensure continuity of business operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in risk management, business continuity, or disaster recovery.
  • Strong understanding of BCP/DRP frameworks and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Experience with audits, compliance, and cross-departmental coordination.
  • Certifications such as CBCP, ISO 22301, CRMA, or IRM will be an added advantage.
