Key Responsibilities:

Risk Management
- Execute and analyze organizational risk management activities.
- Identify potential risks, evaluate impact, and monitor mitigation plans.
- Follow up with departments to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
- Support the development, maintenance, and updating of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
- Conduct business impact assessments (BIA) and contribute to continuity strategies.

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare risk reports, analyses, dashboards, and submit them to the manager on scheduled timelines.
- Maintain detailed documentation of risk assessments, audits, and continuity activities.

Testing & Training
- Coordinate and execute business continuity drills, simulation exercises, and testing of disaster recovery procedures.
- Facilitate training sessions to raise awareness across departments regarding BCP/DRP processes.

Compliance & Audit Support
- Ensure all risk and continuity activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits related to risk and continuity frameworks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with IT, Security, Operations, HR, and other departments to strengthen operational resilience.
- Provide guidance and support during incidents or disruptions to ensure continuity of business operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in risk management, business continuity, or disaster recovery.
- Strong understanding of BCP/DRP frameworks and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Experience with audits, compliance, and cross-departmental coordination.
- Certifications such as CBCP, ISO 22301, CRMA, or IRM will be an added advantage.
