The individual will work directly with client executives in areas such as Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Operations to understand strategic priorities, regulatory obligations, and transformation objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, lead discussions to understand regulatory requirements and transformation priorities, and translate client needs into structured solution concepts.
- Solution Shaping & Productization: Refine the company’s risk and compliance offerings, define reusable frameworks for productization, and contribute to proposals and client presentations.
- Market Evangelism & Thought Leadership: Advocate for the company’s strategy in AI-enabled risk management, monitor regulatory developments, and represent the company in industry forums.
- Governance & Risk Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise in enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance, and ensure solutions align with relevant policies and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in Financial Services or other regulated industries, with a strong background in risk management or regulatory technology.
- Proven experience in client-facing advisory roles and the ability to shape solutions that connect regulatory requirements with technology.
- Familiarity with enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in product strategy or transformation programs within Financial Services.
- Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, data governance, cybersecurity, or digital transformation.
- Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CAMS, or equivalent.
